DJ Greenguy Drops Stunning New Album 'Give A Dogg A Bone'

DJ Greenguy, an acclaimed musician, DJ, music engineer, and record producer originally from Philadelphia and currently residing in Los Angeles, has regularly hosted S.O.A. Radio since 2008. He also had a successful stint as a guest presenter on the DJ King Assassin TV Show, in addition to making multiple guest appearances on several episodes.

The artist began his journey in music as "Kwin MD" in 1999 and launched his first album, "Step into my Office," in Richmond, VA in November 2000, available both digitally and physically. During his stay in Virginia, he crossed paths with rapper PL, also known as Paul Love. Together, they embarked on a five-year expedition of live performances and album recordings spanning various cities like Virginia Beach, Richmond, VA, Virginia Tech, Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, and Philly.

They established the group Common Ground, which eventually split due to artistic differences. Despite the split, DJ Greenguy continued his musical pursuits with Common Ground from 2005 to 2010, resulting in the online release of an album, "Andromeda," in 2011, and two street albums in 2008. Their latest album, "Still Laughin," was released in 2014, both in digital format and on physical CDs.

In 2010, he transitioned from "Kwin MD" to "DJ Greenguy," a pseudonym he'd been using as an alias since 2000 when producing for Common Ground. Over the decade, DJ Greenguy significantly contributed to recording and mixing several songs for Common Ground.

In 2013, "The Real McKome," a collaborative album by Kwin MD and DJ Greenguy, was released featuring guest performances from the extended Common Ground and S.O.A. family. This release marked his move to the West Coast.

By 2015, DJ Greenguy guest-starred on the Psych Word Radio show, hosted by Rob Girard, on Connecticut's 88.7 FM. Currently, he is collaborating with Bossolo and Rhyme Scheme on a track for the upcoming "Makaveli" movie soundtrack.

In a recent endeavor, DJ Greenguy, in partnership with DJ King Assassin, launched a new radio station, 98.5 FM TheMix, in Los Angeles. His latest album 'Give A Dogg A Bone' was just released, featuring exceptional club radio tracks like 'For My Hood' and 'Heavy Hittaz'.
