Making a mark on the music scene can often feel tough, but for the exceptionally talented Big Franklin ensemble, this has never held them back. Indeed, taking inspiration from some of the biggest names in the music scene, the group has irrefutably set itself up for success at every stage, and with the release of its newest EP, Big Franklin Double A, they’ve done it all again, shocking the world with an otherworldly and impressive collection of sounds that combine to create a single, wonderful sound accordingly.
With six band members whose works layer over each other delightfully, it’s easy to see why so many people fell in love with this incredible sound. However, it’s also important to note that the band doesn’t just limit its sound solely to its members; in fact, in its recent EP, it brought on two exceptionally talented guest artists – Olivia May and Jaclyn Haydamacha – to add a new note to the music, further differentiating it from the norm.
It’s pretty hard to label Big Franklin’s sound and style to any one genre of music. Indeed, with hints of soul music, rock, and pop all woven into one impressive sound, there’s always something going on. And while this could have easily come across as chaotic and manic, the group pulls it seamlessly, creating a style that’s all their own.
We absolutely love Big Franklin’s unique style, and we can’t wait to see where they go next with their careers and their future music singles.
