The 2021-2022 NBA Season may have just concluded (congrats to the Golden State Warriors for smoking on that Celtics pack), but the season doesn’t end for Milwaukee-based emcee Romey.
After a chance encounter with Bucks president Alex Lasry at one of their games, Romey was tapped to craft the team’s new anthem “Fear The Deer.” “It was just the love of the team, the love of the game,” he said. “I’m a real diehard fan. Not just of the Bucks but just basketball and the lineage of it. I know what it’s like to have a story where you overcome insurmountable odds.”
